CO2 laser cutting

Hydracorte has three Trumpf CO2 laser cutting systems for cutting sheet metal (mainly carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy), as shown in Figure 1. Can cut 0.5mm-25mm uncoated and galvanized steel, stainless steel up to 30mm and aluminum alloy up to 20mm, and other materials such as copper and titanium. The equipment has a high degree of automation, such as single laser cutting heads, automatic nozzle changers, automatic sheet loading and unloading systems (and connected to the robot storage system) of various thicknesses, which can improve production efficiency and have the ability to mass produce . In addition, there are two Trumpf CO2 laser tube cutting machines for processing various profiles (round, square, rectangular, oval, etc.): one TruLaser Tube 5000 has an output of 2.7 kW, and the TruLaser Tube 7000 has 3.6 The laser output power of kW can cut pipe with thickness up to 10mm. This equipment can process profiles from 10mm-250mm in diameter. These machines also include an automatic loading system that can process profiles up to 6m long, as well as pipe seam welding detectors to place the parts to be machined in the correct position.
