The laser and intelligent energy field manufacturing team of the Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has developed a multi-functional fiber laser processing system that integrates a six-axis industrial robot, a domestic high-power fiber laser, and a multifunctional The laser processing head, CCD positioning system, airflow system and control system are integrated to realize laser processing such as three-dimensional and planar laser welding , cutting, and surface cladding. The team used this system to conduct research on cutting and welding of stainless steel, high-reflection materials, and dissimilar materials, and achieved a series of results. This study uses a CCD system to achieve simple and efficient optical path calibration, and successfully solves the problem of low efficiency of traditional optical processing laser path calibration.
