Hydracorte has three Trumpf CO2 laser cutting systems for cutting sheet metal (mainly carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy), as shown in Figure 1. Can cut 0.5mm-25mm uncoated and galvanized steel, stainless steel up to 30mm and aluminum alloy up to 20mm, and other materials such as copper and titanium. The equipment has a high degree of automation, such as single laser cutting heads, automatic nozzle changers, automatic sheet loading and unloading systems (and connected to the robot storage system) of various thicknesses, which can improve production efficiency and have the ability to mass produce . This equipment can process profiles from 10mm-250mm in diameter. Hydracorte also owns Trumpf's TruLaser Robot 5020 robotic laser welding system, equipped with a 4kW TruDisk 4002 disc laser light source with two output fibers. The smallest spot diameters are 0.2mm and 0.6mm, the beam quality is 8mmx mrad, with a BEO D70 laser head (200mm focal length), which allows it to provide welding services adapted to different applications, even welding of the highest quality standards.
